BAD SERVICE / NO SERVICE

<p>I went to the doctor, with my son he is 10months old, found out he has tonsilites, went to Rynfield Terrace Pharmacy to get the medicine, unfortunitely i wasnt assisted by a pharmacist that actually know whats going on, no i was assisted by a blonde girl (not even sure whats her name) she cant even read a script (needed assistance from another pharmacist) and she ends up not even mixing the antibiotics, i needed to drive back again, to get it mixed. The next day we call in to get other medication delivered (call was made around 9am) ASAP to the daycare mother down the road ****terally), 1pm nothing has been delivered still my son, this is pathetic, that you cant even reley on somene to think of a baby's health when you ask for assistance when you are not able to get to a pharmacy or doctor. How can a pharmacy not have a driver! that is a lame excuse! especially for a pharmacy that usually had 2 /3 drivers available. if there is not a driver available this should be told to clients so that in case of an emergency like this we could have made another plan! and go to another pharmacy that actually cares about there clients.</p>
