Flawed internal controls and poor higher management service

It was just a Normal Sunday of getting a car wash from Rynfield Carbath and Coffee Shop. I quite like the way that the staff members wash my car from top to bottom and that is the reason why I use the car wash.

I parked my car just behind one of the cars, However it was quite congested. Rightly so it does get congested from time to time. There was a car that was not in the actual washing bay line and that actually threw me off.

Now my biggest issue about this car wash is that there is nobody that provides you with service as and when you arrive at the washing bay. I mean it's a matter of you as the customer having to get out of your car, going to the till and paying for your car wash option. There could at least be someone to find out what you are there for upon your arrival and in essence curbing all of the confusion of simply lurking and trying to figure it out by yourself.

In elaborating further on the incident, I was in a position where my car was blocking incoming traffic of cars driving into the car wash, however my thought was that I had to get the payment process started so I left my my car behind the bottle neck traffic.

One of the managers (or owners, I'm not really sure) rightfully voiced out that the my car was blocking incoming traffic. My issue here was how the manager addressed me as the PAYING CUSTOMER, the condescending tone tone of voice sparked a deafening silence within the coffee shop. I'm not too sure who he thought he was talking to at that moment, however it was quite evident from the customers in front of me that the manner in which the request was tabled was just uncalled for.

At first I was going to let it go, so the manager moved my car and I proceeded to I pay for the car wash. However, I realized that there was another car wash just down the road. I then found the manager told him that I was not happy with his initial address of the matter, he apologized, however I took my business else where.

Unfortunately I have decided not to go back to that car wash ever again.

Word of advice on my side to the car wash would be that the car wash should beef up their processes when customers initially arrive with their cars. Possibly that will reduce all of the confusion for on coming customers.

Horrible service experience from Rynfield Carbath and Coffee Shop

That's all
