Dishwasher hose

<p>I purchased the hose from Ryks Electrical in Valhalla a while ago, April/May 2016. Then when my dad was about to fix, he found out that the LG dishwasher was fine, not the hose problem, so the new hose was still sealed in the bag, in other words, still brand new, unused. And when I returned the host, they said they can not give back the cash but offered me to keep the host and try to sell. The hose is still not sold till today, I feel it is wrong, they should give back the cash to me. What should I do? The hose cost is over R1100! Please help! Thanks Mike</p>
