We had a great experience with Rybro and their online store. I was surprised and impressed at the speed Rybro rep**** to my emails and addressed my concerns with utter clarity. There was a misunderstanding, mostly from my side, and Rybro answered my email within 10 minutes, 6 minutes to be precise, and clarified exactly how my order was processed and what I should do regarding the contents of my order. I am definitely going to use their services again and would recommend anyone with wheel/castor needs to do the same.
