SHOCKING SERVICE

I ordered OUTDOOR BLINDS from Ryan's blinds, during installation I questioned if the blinds were outdoor blinds and he assured me they were not indoor blinds as the blinds looked flimsy and had no hooks on the thin batten to secure the blind to the deck. Ryan proceeded to ***** in tiny inferior hooks under the thin batten. The valance was of light weight, subsequently after 6 weeks the hooks pulled out and the chain rusted, staining the fabric. He kindly came and replaced the hooks and chain. (now plastic) which seemed like a better solution, regrettably after a while these hooks did not hold either. I contacted him yet again about the bad workmanship. He came back with a fowl temper and disgusting language informing me that they were not inside blinds. I ignored the aggressive behaviour and remained calm. He took the blinds away and after a month I called him. I was told that the company who supp**** the blinds would not repair them and he had a friend who had kindly repaired them. He replaced the thin bottom batten with a heavier wider batten with secure hooks but the roller at the top of the blind was not designed to take the extra weight and now the fabric has pulled off the roller. The chains were installed on the wrong side of each blind I did not ask for the chains be changed to the opposite end of the blind. The chain now hangs in the middle of the patio which is rather irritating. I discovered outside blinds do not have chains. After many attempts to contact him I discovered that he had blocked my number. I made contact using a land number and was promptly told that he won't be sorting my blinds out. Before I could ask why Ryan ended the call. As pensioner money is tight and these blinds where expensive. This business is totally unprofessional. Very sad situation indeed.
