Very bad quality of cleaning

I took my wife's car to the carwash (first visit) yeserday and chose the wash, vacuum and wax option (R300). Because the lighting is very poor in the underground parking facility, one only notices the bad job in direct sunlight. When i arrived home I realised that certain parts of the car: <br> 1) Did not have the wax rubbed off, 2) The windows were smudgy, 3) Certain parts of the car's interior were not wiped off, 4) Parts of the car (boot and backseat) were not vacuumed at all, 5) The inside of the boot lid (hatchback) and interior panels were not wiped.<br> I thought I would give it another try and took my car back this morning. I stated my complaints to the manager who did not make any effort to compensate me. I just told him that I want the cheapest wash and I want the car spotless because it was very dirty (sand, etc.). Surprisingly, I was called after 1 hour to inform me that my car was ready. I went back, left the garage and on the street noticed that parts of the car had not been vacuumed and there was still sand on the seats and in the door compartments. I went back and complained. Again, no offer to compensate me.<br> <br> I will think twice before returning here again!
