Seriously disappointed in the service!

Arrived at the car was 11h10. There were 5 cars in front of me. I asked how long the full was and vacuum would take and was told 1h45min as there were cars in front of me. I asked if I could get it back by 12h45 as I needed to do a school pick up at 13h00. Based on the positive response, I left my vehicle with them. Upon returning at 12h35 my car was still were I left it and dirty. The problem is there were no cars in the wash bay and people sitting around. I would not be writing this except, this is the second disappointing experience at Ryan's car wash. Hence, never again, not me, friends or family. Seriously disappointed!
