Ryan's Car Wash NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR THERE

I took my car for a valet prior to selling it and afterwards the material on the side panels of my Polo came out and the side panels buckled. On top of that the fabric on the seats became fuzzy. I called Ryan who said i should take my car in so that they could look at it which they did and told me that they couldn't (read weren't prepared) to do anything about it. He said that because it's a very old car (2009 Polo) it tends to happen. What should have happened is that they should have warned me that it could happen. I paid R550 for the valet which reduced the value of my car by R5000.

To make matters worse, Ryan's partner Richard called me and interrogated me and insinuated that my motive was to get money out of them. He also insulted me and told me that i don't talk properly because i had to repeat 'polo' three times. Who doesn't get Polo right away?

It is the worst service and the worst customer service I have yet to experience.
