Poor Service Ryan's Car Wash Claremont

I made use of Ryan's Car Wash for the first time yesterday (Claremont branch) and my experience has been very disappointing. It was definitely not the R130 worth. <br> <br> I pointed out to the supervisor on duty that I was not happy as there were several noticeable dirt marks in the interior of the car. It was obvious that the interior had only a quick wipe down here and there. The interior of the car showed visible dirt marks and small compartments showed dirt and dust particles. From hosing down the exterior, dirty water splattered through leaving dirt splatters all over the seats. How they could miss wiping these down is hard to imagine. <br> <br> I feel like bringing the car back and demanding a rewash. I am really disappointed and it is a pity that one only notice all the spots missed once you drive out into the sunlight. <br> <br> Service like this at the cost of R130 is not acceptable in my opinion. <br> <br> I truly hope that Ryan's Carwash will take this complaint to heart and improve the service to their customers. After such disappointing service I will be reluctant to ever use your service again or recommend it to others.
