**** Poor and Unprofessional Service

I took my car to Ryan's Car Wash in Greenpoint. When I went back to collect my car I found that they had used turpentine on my rims which removed the paint in certain areas on the rims. The most frustrating part of everything was the unbelievably poor services received by ALL of the staff including Ryan himself. Instead of trying to accommodate or rectify the problem or just offer good customer service Ryan felt the need shout and basically told me to **** off and that he was not interested or responsible for anything and went as far as to through the phone down in my face. What Ryan ********ly forgets is that Cape Town is small and worse that I have been a customer of his for years... I believe I'm not the only one to have experienced **** POOR service from Ryan's Car Wash.
