False information

I came in to get my car washed at 14:00 on Sunday and I was told that they wouldn't take my car in because it is too late as they close at 15:00. I asked what time they stop accepting cars and they told me 14:30 but still refused to take my car in. Not only was he rude but he does not follow company policy.
