Bad Service & Broke Brake

I had my car washed at Ryan's Car Wash at blue route mall on 29 August 2017. I parked my car, then handed over keys to them and when I got back. I discovered my handbrake lever on the side was loose and that the cable was broken. I immediately went to the manager and told him about it. His response was that they never touched the handbrake. How is that possible?!!! How did they move the car into the wash bay. The manager, Jason was so rude. He accused me of breaking it and blaming them. I then could not leave as I couldn't release the handbrake and waited in the parking lot for about 3 hours. The car wash staff would not attend to me and did not apologize. I had groceries, which could have gone off. Not only did they lie but they couldn't care less. I am shocked at the appalling service that I received.
