I cannot recommend this company

I placed an order for a baby cot and compactum with Johan on the 9th of May 2023, and I have already paid a deposit of R5000.00 into his bank account. I have made numerous attempts to contact him via phone calls and messages, seeking progress photos of the order. Regrettably, I have not received any response thus far. Instead, he has consistently provided excuses such as power outages (load shedding) or his unavailability due to medical appointments. Furthermore, I had arranged a visit to his premises, but he canceled on the designated day, explaining that he couldn't make it. Moreover, he initially assured me that the order would be ready within two weeks, yet it has now been three weeks without any indication of its completion. It is crucial to exercise caution as this company, Ryan's Baby and Custom Furniture, exhibits clear warning signs of *****ulent activity. Please be warned and remain vigilant.
