Bad customer service

As unique as their baby compactums and cribs are. The service is lacking. I wasn’t kept up to date with how long my order would take. Then when delivered there was a part missing that needed to be placed above the cot drawer. I paid for this. He said he would deliver this missing part. After weeks of phoning and asking whether it will be delivered, we are still waiting. Also some drawers had issues my husband had to fix. Very disappointed with the lack of service or attention to small detail.
