UNBELIEVABLE

It is absolutely unbelievable what happened to us.<br> We bought 4 tickets from Stansted to Dublin, ref. XLITKM<br> We were two ours early. Because all airports are different and flights have different times to be at the gate, we specifically asked the indian man, who checked us in, what time we had leave from where he is to be at the gate on time. He gave us the wrong time and gave us the time boarding started.<br> We then decided to have dinner where he was and left when he told us to. We ended up being late, because it took so long to get to the flight and when we got there, the flight was closed.<br> I demand a refund. Any of the following 3 things could have prevented us from missing our flight:<br> 1. This man that couldn't speak english properly. We confronted him and he literally called us 'idiots'<br> 2. There was no announcement telling us that they are waiting for us, could they not see that we checked in a hour before.<br> 3. We ran passed ladies who were at the intercom and asked if they can call the plane and ask them to wait for us. When we came back, they were hiding behind the door, so we couldn't see them.<br> <br> I have been fighting since Aug 2015 and have not been refunded. This is outrageous!!<br>
