Ryanair is One Big Nightmare!

We had to pay €55 per person for luggage just because we DIDN’T book in online. Since when do one HAVE TO book-in online? Helo, we were travelling overseas, are between countries, are not on international roaming, don't have time or means to check emails for nonsense. The day before we left I confirmed that all is in place and made a note of it that I actually showed them & the guys said, “that doesn’t mean anything”. The staff at Sevilla airport was all ***********, rude, didn't know where to find our Moroccon visas in our Passports, had an issue because we were NOT flying out of Morocco with Ryanair again but TAP Portugal, ignored us & just disappeared. To top it, we had to run because of all this nonsense just to be delayed for 2 hours. Wait there is more... just to find that they have split up all the couples in the plane after I had prebooked our seats – everybody was furious. The table at my seat was broken so when the airhostess put my drink down it spilled all over me. Was there anything good? The one airhostess was very kind! We met people from the UK in Marrakech and told about our incident, they rep****, "Oh ya that's Ryanair, you don't fly with them". Two months before we flew they changed our time of flying from 11am to 8pm without any notification, it was after I went to double check that all was good with our flight that I noticed it& we had to cancel already paid excursions & lost a day in Morocco. Why they still flying I honestly don't know! They are ONE BIG NIGHTMARE!! We want a refund on our €110.
