Lost baggage - And little to no concern shown

Travelling from Dublin to East Midland airport, I handed in sports luggage in the form of a 2m long ice hockey stick. (you pay for additional sports luggage... One would assume this was taken care of)

The stick never made its way back to my destination. (mistakes happen - this is still sort of acceptable) I dealt with the airport initially for about 2 weeks. Difficult to get hold of anyone, but not impossible. I then contact Ryan Air and was told that they would be in touch. Heard nothing. So i followed up. Went to the airport... nobody could help. Only the promise that someone would get back to me. Eventually I followed up and logged a ticket online for a claim.

After this i heard nothing.,. But naively followed up.. date: 15 December 2017 at 18:56 subject: Re: Our Ref: ********** /A1T5MH/GC

Nothing... its now the 23rd of January. No decline or approval. No feedback... AT ALL.

How do you take 3 months to do absolutely nothing??? Am I in the wrong here?

I contacted RyanAir today via Facebook... to raise my concern and was told that the query would be handled by the person who initially handled the query.

Seriously... We didn't get it right the first time. All I want is some feedback. Ethics aside...Its common courtesy and deceny.

I sincerely hope that this is a unique case and not all of your customers are dealt with in the same manner.

Very disappointing. Keep the claim.
