Appauling customer service nothing short of ******ion.

Horrible service out to ****** as much money from you as possible. We paid £18 from Stansted to Dublin. When we arrived at the airport rushed after having train delays to the airport we are informed that it will cost us £55 per person to check in because we were supposed to check in online. Well let's check in online then since we have no checked baggage. But no we were supposed to do that 2 hours ago and it's no longer an option. Due to the cheap tickets I guess I can understand paying a fee but £55 per person on a £18 ticket is nothing short of ******ion and **************** especially when there are no other options. Then after paying the £55 for "personal" check-in my wife and I are separated on the plane myself in row 4 with 2 EMPTY seats next to me and my wife in row 17!!! It is absolutely appauling service with absolutely no regard for their customers at all! Ryanair should be ashamed of itself.
