GETTING MARRIED BY RYAN HOGARTH.. HUGE MISTSKE

I was married by Ryan Hogarth Company in 2019 September. Unknown to myself, I was not off Home Affairs system as married to my previous husband. So my 2nd marriage could not be registered. The lady Crista told me we could get married and I should resubmit my divorce papers to Home Affairs, which I did. This was now 18 years later. Not off the system. MY QUESTION WAS( WOULD THIS BE LEGAL) SHE SAID YES......wedding ceremony proceeded. The company was fully aware of eveything prior to the marriage. My husband and I went to Tanzania to start a business. From there I did a follow up. I was informed that I did not supply all the documents for the marriage, now this was months after the wedding. They did not get hold of me, I got hold of them. How could a marriage proceed without the right documents. We supp**** everything prior to the marriage including the payment. My **** of honor resubmit the documents to Crista. Then she informed me on the system I am still married to 1st husband. I came back from Tanzania and went to Alberton branch Home Affairs. I submitted the divorce decree and left all Info with the supervisor Susan again. Home Affairs did not rectify the problem until 19th Feb 2024. Where I had to get the Beeld Newspaper to help me. During this time I was in contact with Crista. She had all wrong info, stating my husband name was Marius and he was still married to his previous wife. THAT WAS NOT MY HUSBANDS NAME AND HIS WIFE HAD DIED. Then I was informed I had not supp**** the witness ID. Which we did now for the 2nd time. Then she informed me Years later, I did not supply her with my husband and myself ID pictures. HOW does a wedding ceremony happen if I did not supply documents. Now we start again resubmit via courier that cost me R185 ID photos and R70 each for the photos. And the wrong address is provided by their office. Contact Crista again, she now cannot open the documents sent with the witness ID, i must resubmit, this years months and months ago i sent, i get told now.Tells me she gave me the correct address. I submit her the address she sent me showing her the address was not complete and proof that her office gave me the wrong address. Home Affairs is not their fault, I understand that. But how does this company admin work. She knew there was an issue, I kept in contact with her. You don't misplace important documents. How does their own office supply wrong address.
