Unprofessional RxitMe

I competed in the Beast Obstacle Race for two years. It was truely always a nice event. Then suddenly, the organizers - RxitMe - cancelled on us, with the last race to happen in October 2018. When I try to contact them to get my refund, they just ignored my calls and mails. In March 2019, they held the race that they cancelled last minute, but I could compete, so I asked my money back. They only rep**** with.... out T&C's states that we dont do refunds... and when I confronted them, they just didn't reply again on my emails.
