the worst couriers ever

It is now 2 weeks since I placed an order with BNT Online who used RWS couriers to deliver my order over a week ago At first RWS Couriers delivered the incorrect item to me which I contacted BNT Online provided them the info and returned the goods but still have not received my order When asking for a tracking code I was mislead and are still waiting for my tracking number Nobody knows what has happened to the delivery and both BNT online nor RWS couriers wants to take responsibility It is excuses after excuses and incompetence maybe BNT should thinking of using another courier and RWS should maybe learn from the Courier guy as I get my goods withing 2 days without any hassle
