Overnight delivery took almost 10 days - package damaged

Overnight package took almost 10 days to deliver! Rhenus logistics used these guys for their distribution. Apparently, RWS didn’t have the correct vehicle to deliver my parcel. I'm 900 meters away from their warehouse! Had to go there myself to pick it up, just to find that it was damaged beyond repair. The supplier instructed them to return it.

There might be a management problem at their Bloemfontein branch. The guy in charge (Mr Moss - If that is his real name), appeared uninterested in my problem and walked away a few times during our conversation. No proper explanation were given why it took almost 10 days and why nobody saw the damage to the package.

I honestly can't recommend them and will not use any courier company that makes use of their distribution.
