Very Unhappy

Never used their services - just needed an idea on how to create a CV They say refund policy easy - sent 2 mails - no response from them. I paid the $3 dollars as required, but to have a full months subscription fee deducted from my account, for services not used is seriously not professional. Not responding to either of my mails, even more so.
