Resume now are ********

My daughter bought a "resume now" online to assist with her Resume for job hunting. Nowhere did they state in their website it site she bought her resume that if you don't cancel they will roll over for monthly fees??? Really they took R383 off her account and now they don't want to refund her... *** I want my daughters money paid back...
