Worst Airline EVER- don't buy their tickets

Worst service ever from JHB today. Customer Service is the worst, shouting at clients, not providing proper guidance. RwandaAir cancelled their flight from JHB -Lusaka and I was the first in line. Sales counter lady said they can't deal with agent tickets. The customer service consultants were very very rude- they do not deserve to be working with clients in high pressure environment if they can't be polite, respectful or show empathy towards the client especially since this is their organization's fault.
