Unflexible bookings - Unprofessional working ethics (No refunds)

They cancelled my flight and said they'll refund me but never did . I emailed them but no response, I twitted them then they said they will email me but never did. They ignored my emails and tweets. My flight money is gone, my child is going to miss her surgery appointment and we will lose all the associated costs of bookings and arrangements. I am very disappointed in their service and lack of honesty, communication and transparency.
