Rwandair WORST!!!!!! Airline EVER!!!!!!!! *****!!!!!!

Very bad service, This airline is a ***** as they have promised me the Premium Flexi and all of a sudden without informing the client the ticket changes to Economy Flexi, that is most certainly called *****. The airline had promised to upgrade my ticket as i was very upset, yes they have upgraded it to business class but the airline is showing that the payment is outstanding, i had no conversation to say that i will have to pay again, this is the worst airline that i had to deal with. All of a sudden the equipment type changes from Air Bus A330 to a smaller plane (Boeing 773 800) Nice move Rwandair!!!!! You are a *****, I will never ever use this airline again and i suggest you guys don't.
