Rwandair is a pathetic arrogant airline
My luggage remained behind. Due to the fact that they decided what luggage may be loaded as a result of a smaller plane - told to me by Rwandair staff. Luggage was received and they have have scratched and opened everything in my suitcase. If allowed.. I will post a photo of how I received my suitcase.

01 Oct 2021, 22:14Now they are asking me for a more positive review. 🤣🤣🤣 They do not deserve it. The staff are miserable and demanding. As if I am doing them a favour to fly with them. At Kigali, nothing different. They are arrogant, short tempered, unorganized and treated me as a person that should be booked in cargo.
