Rwand Air ****** a passenger and made her pay twice.

My mother of 65 years bought a ticket for her and her 2 sisters as they were travelling to Kenya for a holiday. She paid R32 000 for the 3 of them through card purchase. Then Rwand Air debited her account again for anther R32 000, which she disputed, and they asked her to send her bank statement through. She has sent the statement to them and they are still not sorting the matter out. It has been more than 2 weeks and her debit orders are now bouncing because her account does not have money. This is an urgent matter as she feels ****** by this airline. How can they rob a pensioner.
