Rwanair worst airline ever

Rwandair is to my opinion the worst airline I have ever had to book with. This is a shame to the airline. I bought tickets for my dad, Mum and sister to fly to Johannesburg to attend my masters graduation in July 2019. My family arrived but no bags came with them. I had to go to Makro and buy clothes and underwear for them. Bags finally arrived after 3 long days. Most of the perishable items were of no use by then. I sent several emails to the email address on their claim form, to claim for all the items I had to purchase because of their luggage delay. No one has responded since. I would like to appeal and warn anyone traveling especially to Douala using Rwanair to beware. Their services are very very bad.
