Ruwanda Air ( pathetic service)

WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER

I flew on the 2nd of July from South Africa into India on Air Rwanda. The flight stopped at Entebe to refuel which took 2 and a half hours. When I questioned the flight attendant , I was told that they were awaiting the fuel truck. I had a connecting flight which I have booked myself from Mumbai into Delhi and due to negligence of the airline company I missed my flight and together with 13 others. There was a further 45 minutes delay in Mumbai due to inclement weather conditions which is acceptable but the the delays at Entebe was uncalled for and Ruwanda Air needs to accept and be held accountable. I have sent mails and called Ruwanda Air for refunds on the additional tickets that I had to book which has costed me quite a bit and as we all know last minute tickets are very expensive. Ruwanda Air didn't even have the decency to re-book alternate tickets or neither did they refund me. Would never travel on this AIRLINES
