My Cargo is missing with @RwandAir

Hello, I'm experiencing a shocking event with RwandAir for the past 2 weeks. I have sent a cargo via this company on Friday 14th June 2024 from Johannesburg to Douala. The cargo tracking shows that it has arrived on 16th June 2024 in Douala, but RwandAir is telling me that my luggage has not yet arrived and can't really help. I'm not sure how to go about this. It's been 2 weeks. If someone from RwandAir or this platform could please help me get my cargo, that will be highly appreciated. Eric P.
