Missing bag

This airline is not professional and does not have any customer service experience have been treated with such bad service since 1 week that i travel from dla(CMR) to jnb (SA) my bag are not arrive until today and no one has been able to get the bag or tell me anything about it try to send a tonne of emails but no response yet like am asking for a favor from the airline don't know anymore what to do about my bag.
