Extremely Poor Customer Service

<p>My partner travelled with Rwanda Air this past weekend. They misplaced some of his luggage. After several calls and visits to the airport we still have not heard anything. </p> <p> </p> <p>It has now been 4 days of "we will get back to you"</p>
