Do not fly with RwandAir

I wanted to do a name change on my Rwandair ticket as my wife's surname changed post purchase of a flight ticket. I was told that name changes are not possible at Rwandair and I would have to cancel the old ticket and purchase a new one, which I did. The salient point that they omitted is that they do not intend on paying my money back for the old ticket as I have been waiting for 2 weeks to get my refund on the old ticket.
