Damaged Child's Car Seat
My child's car seat was damaged during our flight from Harare to Cape Town on 9 September 2018. We reported this upon our arrival in Cape Town on 9 September 2018. We were given the a reference number.
Its been almost 4 months and this matter has not been resolved. This is really unacceptable. I was told that this will be resolved within 1 week.
Whenever I have followed up on the progress of this matter I have been sent to a different person. To date I have spoken to the following people:
BidAir Offices in Cape Town - ********** Busi - ********** Vincent - ********** Wandy - ********** Mikaila - ********** Sandile - ********** Dorcas - ********** Juliet - ********** / ********** Sannah - ********** Lungile - **********
I do not have any other car seat and I have no choice but to use this damaged car seat. My child's life is in danger and RwandaAir will be fully responsible for any damages that may arise.
I expect either the following: 1. full monetary compensation for replacing the car seat 2. RwandaAir to replace the car seat with the exact make and model
I am really frustrated and utterly disappointed. It is ridiculous that a customer has to keep following up for almost 4 months on a matter that was supposed to be closed out in a week.
