<p>I don't know how to start this but you guys are playing with fire, if you know your online payment system isn't good why then will you take it live only for people's monies to be locked up and when they try to solve this you give excuses. Listen I don't know if someone is monitoring this email but my brother is stranded at the airport and your customer service at the airport is very bad, the lady I am talked to is very foul and has made me really mad. If you don't want a lawsuit on your hand please and please again rectify this before it gets out of hand because I won't let this slide. I have taken my money yet you don't want to give me the ticket. What kind of ***** are you guys perpetuating here, if you don't want trouble yeah please and please again rectify this.
