Bad Customer Service

Very disorganised and poor customer service. My mother's bag delayed for 3 weeks at OR Tambo and every time I sent emails and called, no one answered. Eventually I went to the airport only to be told I should contact SAA but the booking was done with RwandaAir and they had the file. I spent 3hrs at the airport waiting for the bag to be released.

Also had a flight that was cancelled last year October but they kept us at the airport from 1pm to midnight before they could book us in at City Lodge. No proper communication, worst airline!
