Bad business ethics

RWANDAIR WORST SERVICE DO NOT BOOK FLIGHTS WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ARE STRANDED. THEY ARE RIPPING PEOPLE THEIR MONEY I BOOKED TO TRAVEL DEC 2021 I was so ready for my journey, jus two before departing only rwandair suspended their flights because if covid Omnicrowna.I asked for my money back so I can book available flights which wer operating.I was told bluntantly NO REFUND NOW ONLY IN 12 WEEKS MAKE ANOTHER ALTERNATIVE WAY BUT YOU CAN STILL USE THAT TICKET IN FUTURE.I was inconvenienced, had to incure extra charges yet they had my money. NOW I WANT TO USE THAT TICKET TO TRAVEL.....guess what these stupid people are saying You can re book but now pay the difference on your ticket,when you bought that ticket itwas cheaper than now or we can find you a suitable date to travel when our flights goes down. Rwandair you are a joke of a company really. The time I also bought that ticket flights wer high n dd u compensate me on extra charges I incured yet u want me to pay extra all these months wat hv you been doing with my money are you goin to return it back with interest?
