Rwanda Air lost baggage

After losing my baggage upon arrival at Cape Town on Thursday, I have had no communication from them - with the exception of a reference number. Calling the number at CT International is frustrating and never answered.

There has been no assurances given, no compensation offered. My confidence that I will ever se my bag again is dwindling.
