Bad service experience

I found an add on Gumtree for a vehicle from RW Motors. Requested an offer to purchase to do an finance application. The dealer was not willing to supply OTP because they can handle the application themselves. When I requested the documentation needed for them to do the finance, the purchase price of the vehicle increased with R10,000 for the additional admin. I walked away from the deal as this does not seem to be the kind of dealer to do business with.
