I want my money back or they fix their problem

I bought a bed from this company for my daughter I'm not staying with her she told me that mattress is bigger than a base so I ignored her when I went to visit home I feel mattress spring are making noise and I noticed that mattress is bigger than base so I tried to contact the owner of the company of I Wich I told him that misplaced an invoice I have the conversations with him ,his excuse was they don't have access for invoice copies but he will have them month end of last month now as we were cleaning I got the invoice only to find out I'm blocked on social media and on what'sapp please advice
