Poor aftersales service

I bought a watch that was listed under ladies, only to find that it's a men's watch upon delivery. I sent enquiries to return the watch and get my refund to no success. I keep getting ignored yet communication was great when I placed my order.

I will absolutely rate them bad everywhere until I can to get their attention and get my refund!

Their aftersales customer service is very POOR!
