Bad service

After all the compliments I’ve heard about Ruutos I went to enquire about a style, the guy behind the reception desk was hostile and the energy in that store was not inviting or welcoming at all. I had to ask a so many questions because he was talking like he didn’t want to answer. I came the second time with my 6 year old sister to do corn rows on her and again the man was just not interested. He told me her hair is dry and needs to be washed and moisturized and I told him no she just needs to plait because I already washed it 2 days ago. He refused and was so rude about it.. We walked out and went elsewhere. If your prices are that high atleast have good service to back it up, we are also paying for your service too, and get some good energy in the shop it’s just way too hostile and uptight.
