Uninterested attitude

Extremely disappointed with the service I received, phoned reception, spoke to a lady who made me think I was bothering her, that my time was not worth hers. Was then put through to the makita line, never have I spoken to a more lackluster representative, after a minute of talking I decided to rather say goodbye, as he has what I need but did not really seem interested in helping my company to buy products from them either.
