Mislead tenants - Ruth Ramaphakela

<p>Ruth Motlefa Ramaphakela mislead the agent and tenant about picture hangings that was not done by tenant. The photos clearly shows that the picture hangings were there even before the tenant moved in. Ruth then said the tenant lost all keys in the unit, while the inspections clearly show the opposite. Up to date no proper set-out and invoices provide to motivated her so-called inflated cost. This is the same lady that tried to force the tenant out of the unit on a ***** way before the contract expired, saying that her husband Eric died and she had to move back. Well, Eric raised from the dead &ndash; he is back in the unit and is answering his phone. Very interesting. Over and above the misleading information by Ruth Ramaphakela and Eric Maluta, they were prepared to do any maintenance, but expect the unit to be in a perfect order. Keeping in mind that they left in a hurry without cleaning the unit. The unit was in a total mess! We further explained to Ruth that as landlords they are not allowed to threaten tenants or force tenants out of a unit with a fixed term contract in place. She kept on harassing the tenant, leaving the tenant with no other option as to lay a complaint. Be careful when renting from Ruth or Eric.</p>
