Ruth Ann Garb recommended unsupervised visits in a court report knowing that there is a protection order against the father. She has described the father favourably. The father has a three times confirmed protection order against him. She was reported to the SACSSP who did nothing. The minor child wasn’t protected. She protected the father who made himself guilty of aggressive incidents.
