RATA Social worker in competent

I want to know if anyone can help me. I have been struggling with a social worker from RATA. She has removed my kids under false pretenses, she has not done her "investigation" like she was supposed to. Meaning she has basically done 0 that she was supposed to. it has been 2 months now. That I have not spoken or seen my Children.

She is very "FORGETFULL" when it comes to putting important information in her statements that I mention. She does NOT call me back and inform me on what has happened or on information that she has gotten regarding my Children.

She however does Phone the ****her and Informs him when he can have contact with the Children and what is going on.

The ****her and I are separated divorced. and the kids where living with me when they decided to remove my Children from my care with no evidence.
