Very poor service

I purchased a secondhand Elna over locker over Xmas. It was filthy having sat in a garage for quite a while. Rusty's sewing centre is near me so I took it in and asked for a jolly good clean and service. I was told it would be spotless and I would be informed of any new parts required.<br> <br> I heard nothing from them for nearly month and started phoning. When eventually I was told it was ready, I went to collect. It was wrapped in plastic so hard to see condition. Was charged R400. When I removed the plastic at home the machine was probably dirtier, there were several parts that needed to be replaced and I hadn't been informed. In fact the only thing that seems to be done is that it was threaded!!!!
