Nothing beats rustoleum

I recently purchased a few Rustoleum products to finish a projects i was busy with. Some of the products had quality issues and i sent a complaint to them discussing my findings. within a few hours i had received feedback from Russell Malcolm and was personally advised on the process they were following to correct the issue. the batch was checked and Russell has told me that they will be replacing the faulty items free of charge.

Not many companies offer such good customer service and therefore i will continue to use nothing else but Rust-o-leum products!
